It’s not everyday that you get to talk about vegan and gluten-free dishes to 4.5 million people, but we had the honor of doing so over this weekend on a TV segment we did for Extra. As you might know, we launched a vegan and gluten-free menu at Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills a few months ago! Extra came by the hotel to shoot a piece about the dishes as well as discuss some of our celebrity clients. Here’s the clip- our segment starts one minute in!
On the menu you will currently find our Red Bean Veggie Burger Sliders with a House Made Beet Ketchup as well as our Battered Avocado Tacos with House-Pickled Purple Onions and Lime Crema! These dishes are at Cabana Restaurant open for lunch 7 days a week on the 4th floor of the hotel!
